He was one of the least expensive plumber. Since he is an independent plumber, he does not have any overhead costs etc. He was very honest and was on time. It is too soon to talk about the installation as it is not even a day old. But the price range was very wide for the same brand heater from different people. I would definitely go with him.

Mr. Nance came out to look at the job and give me a quote, but when he got there and took a look he immediately determined what the problem was. I decided to go ahead and have the repairs done while he was there. Although it took a little longer than expected because he had to go pick up the parts, I was well pleased with the Job. Mr. Nance was very courteous and professional and I would use him again.

He had a very fair price and we were completely satisfied. Used him for a water heater replacement and leaky faucets outside the home. When it went bad, he replaced for free.

Michael Nance was very quick to get me scheduled for help. He answered all my questions and completed the job (the outflow for my washing machine was backing up into my house when the washer would drain) quckly and efficiently. I will absolutely call for him in the future!

Very happy with Nance. ARS has come up with all of my requests (previous air conditioner quotes), they are extremely timley (called within ~10 min of my request), however they are too aggressive. Called way too many times.

Very courteous, he even swept up all the water from my garage (changed my hot water heater in my garage). He didn't charge for the sales call, and was willing to give my an estimate over the phone with the understanding that he hadn't seen my particular problem. I liked the fact that he was easy to reach and didn't charge me a fee to come out and check out my problem. He had the water heater with him in case I chose him, which I did.

Did the job quickly and well done however, he had to go get a part at Lowes. Also, did not give me a summary of the job done but, said he would mail it to me. Priced 1/4 the cost that other companies did.

Michael was excellent. He responded to my call in a timely manner, provided a rough estimate over the phone, showed up on time and completed the work quicker than he originally thought. As a result, the costs of the job was actually less than his quote. He's fair, honest and quality-oriented and I'd recommend him highly.

I had originally spoken with FrescoAir and we had an appointment between 10 and noon. Nance called after I had left for work and spoke with my wife, who inadvertently agreed to them showing up. Nance arrived a 10 and performed the work; FrescoAir showed up past 11:30 and missed the opportunity.
