Kenny was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product, returned phone calls promptly, did not pressure me, and worked with me on doing the project in installments in order to accommodate my budget. I rated the quality 4.5 instead of 5.0 only because the caulking was not as tidy as I would have liked. The workers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. Very pleasant experience with this company. I have already recommended them to my neighbors!!

Kenny gave me a very competitive price on what appears to be a great product (hurricane proof/energy efficient windows), is quick to return phone calls, very patiently talked me through different options that would allow me to stay within my budget and has thus far happily fielded my follow-up calls. I will update my review as soon as the windows are installed (Jan 2015) to let you know if the project is completed by the date I've requested and also about the quality of the product and installation.
