Nationwide called me within the hour. He told me to check the contacts in the two doors to see if they were too far apart. They were and I fixed the problem. Nationwide said they would come out if it didn't work. Also the other companies called and offered to help but I had already fixed the problem. Thank you Service Master.

We had Chris come in and consult us on what was needed for the job and offered options and did not lead us in any direction. When the install occurred he was was actually early and made the install rather smooth and timely. He also offered answers to other questions we had and was very professional and polite.
