Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Yes, I recommend this pro
We were very pleased with the entire process of replacing our Central Air/Heating system. We had worked with this company in 2006 and was very satisfied with the unit, customer service, professional employees, and the value of the project. Our electricity went off twice in a short period of time with the high winds and a power surge burned up our unit...actually melted wires, etc. I contacted Mr. Shanks and explained the situation and his employee was here with 1 1/2 hours to access the situation. We were advised of several solutions and we chose to completely replace the unit. Within two weeks during a very busy time of year, our project was completed within hours. We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend this company for any and all heating/air needs.
