i found the cleaning was great and Maria was nice to my daughter on the phone. However, the gentleman that works with her needs to be a little more attentive to the customer. He also is afraid of animals when they bark. The owner was there once and saw the dog. He does bark but would never show his teeth to anyone. The gentleman said he did one day and refused to clean the house. This was a Labor Day weekend and i was having company. My house was not cleaned. They do a great job with cleaning, no complaints there........

Nature's Essence did a great job cleaning my home, they were very thorough I appreciated the enviromentally friendly products used and there was no chemical smell. Organizationally, I had no problems communicating with the owner and appreciated the ease of using e-mail.

If you have a problem with dirty footprint on a leather couch, dirt on a brand new chair, cobwebs left where they were during the inspection, your items moved to opposite sides of the room and not vacuuming stairs and closet floors then I wouldn't recommend this company. If you call to explain your cleaning, they will quote their business lines about the other happy customers, implying that you aren't as important and when you request a time to expect cleaners to come back out, you get hung up on. I picked this company because Maria did a good job telling me what was going to be cleaned, if it happened I'd be fine to pay $50 more than others
