This business is operating without a contractor license (expired in November 2023). They cannot renew their license because there is a judgement of $11,000 against them in Washington County (St. George, UT Area). They also have other investigations currently happening in both Salt Lake and Utah County. Their business license (KO Concrete, LLC) expired and was not renewed in March 2024. They have been known to abandon jobs half way through claiming they provided an estimate that was far below what the project costs. Use at your own risk because the likelihood of them completing the job isn't high. Even if they do, we've had multiple inspectors (city and state) confirm their retaining walls and concrete work contain many safety hazards and only confirm they do not have the proper experience related to concrete or any other type of contracting work.
