New Improvement explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend New Improvement to everyone. My windows have a lifetime guarantee. That is very comforting to know because if my windows break for any reason, they will come out and replace them at no cost. Soon after my windows were installed, we had a heat wave. Here in the desert southwest it can get very , very hot. We could not believe that our house kept so cool even at 1:00 PM. Thank you for saving us money on our electric bill and making our house very comfortable.

I was very pleased with my experience with New Look. They were NOT low-bidder but their purposal was detailed and showed excellent attention to detail. The sub-contractor used for electrical work was messy and this information was given to New Look in a letter commending their work. I consented for future prospects to view New Look's work and would recommend them highly.
