My technician, Anthony, not only did a great job by installing a defroster in my Viking fridge, but he also took the time and trouble to notice that the fridge door was not functioning properly. He suspected it might have been recalled, and he was right. He then proceeded to contact Viking and order the part. He and Justin then did a great job installing the replacement part, making the door safe again! It also closes properly now. Also, the fridge itself works great now, no more problems with the ducts frosting up. Great job overall!!

Tech was good but had to make a lot of calls for directions. That's ok. He was friendly and courteous. Took a week to get the "board" in and get the fridge up and running. We did okay using our older garage fridge. Without that we'd have been in trouble. I didn't care for the paperless receipts. Espcially when they didn't email the one for the deposit. I got them on the line and they sent it immediately. Also, the final receipt didn't break down the cost. Just gave us the total. I'd like to see the break down. I might still use them again.

My side-by-side refrigerator wasn�t cooling or freezing. I searched the web and found Noble appliance repair from HomeAdvisor. I was contacted right away and the customer service over the phone was friendly and professional. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 8 and 10 am. My technician, Shane, texted me with an expected time of arrival and was there promptly at 8 am. He made the repair quickly and made sure everything was in the place where he found it when he came. I would recommend Noble Appliance Repair to anyone.

Great customer service on the phone and at the job site: friendly, professional, clean, and flexible. Was an emergency and got me in the same day. Fridge stopped working, everything melting! Unfortunately, the part was too expensive to fix (the compressor) and I was better off just buying a new fridge but at least I had options.

They were very friendly. Great Customer Service. Did the job fast. I like how they apply the diagnostic/service fee to job if you decide to use them. No one else that I phoned offered that, plus I got a coupon for being a new customer. Technician did a great job. I would hire them again.

Responded immediatly. Technician (Jeremiah) was polite, friendly, professional and knoledgable. Part needed was ordered before he left and the office (also very friendly)called the same day the part arrived to schedule service. It only took four days(excluding the weekend) from the time the dishwasher was diagnosed to the time it was repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service Nobel Appliance provided. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I was intent on fixing my fridge myself, obtained schematics off the internet, and identified and ruled out a series of culprits to explain the fact that the fridge section was too warm. I finally gave up and hired Noble to come out and diagnose things. The repairman, Shane, listened to my attempts thus far, disassembled my freezer section and figured out quickly that it was a bad fan motor (blades had too much play and bound up on the housing). I never would have thought of that. Knowing I was a DIYer he showed me exactly how to swap the motor, gave me the part number and even a local source for the part! Def. worth the housecall fee!

I was very pleased with how quickly Noble was able to make the appt and get to my house to fix my front loader, GE, washer. A part was ordered and installed within 2 days of the service call. The professional who came to the house was polite and a quick worked. I would recommend this company.

My overall experience was good. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant & professional. The repairman arrived when scheduled & quickly diagnosed the problem with my clothes dryer. He did a temporary fix so I could use the dryer until the needed part he ordered arrived (which was within the estimated time.) The work was done efficiently & for a fair price. The final cost was higher than the phone estimate but that was understandable & didn't influence my rating because the part I needed cost more due to the age of my dryer (which he couldn't have known.) My only feedback is I was given inconsistent info on minimum charges from two different people.
