Jim Allen is incredibly knowledgeable and all that. However, I think his greatest asset that he brings to his customers is his honesty. Jim has gone above and beyond for me in trying to resolve a plumbing issue that was written up during a home buyers' inspection. I would recommend having Jim be your go to plumber.
