We found out the house we were buying possibly had asbestos. I called and Mike was able to test the next day. I didn't meet him in person, but he was so friendly and helpful over the phone. I'm a first time homebuyer and a lot of people I encounter don't exactly spell things out in first time homebuyer terms, but he explained everything in a way we could understand. The test also cost much less than some other companies I called.
