I was VERY impressed with "Dell" who gave the estimate and really seemed to get the "vision" of what I was trying to accomplish. Work began and almost immediately got off course--Dell abandoned the project and it sat for 4 weeks before Ed showed up with new promises. The project lasted from Nov., 2005 till August, 2006. For a 450- 500 sq. Ft. space and original 6 week completion schedule. We realized we were just a back burner project for these guys. Never got the plan we were promised--my bath is entirely backward and the door hits the stall when you walk in. Not professional at all!!!

Northern Exposure out bid the competitors by 2 to 4 thousand dollars, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ed was very knowledgeable and real pleasure to deal with, and he and his sub-contractors do excellent work. A+++, couldn't ask for better.
