Mission Statement: The mission of Northshore Construction & Roofing, Inc., is to provide a level of customer service and satisfaction beyond compare. We are committed to excellence. About Us: I, Aaron Mintz founder of Northshore Construction & Roofing, Inc., was adopted into a wonderful family in southern Indiana at the age of one. I am half Korean and half American. Growing up in the Midwest I was raised with strong values and excellent work ethic which has strongly contributed to my success over the last ten years in the Tahoe Basin. I went into the service out of High School and was a United States Ranger for four years. After my service, I used my G.I. bill to receive a bachelors degree in political science from Indiana University.
