Northwest Primeline Exteriors

As I type this, the installers are stiill not finished with the job. IMy particular situation could not be more chalenging than most other installaions. I llive on the third story of a condo,and it has required a lot of innovation and hard work to meet the necessary roadblocks these installers have faced and conquered. These 8-ft sliding doors (4 of them) are big, heavy and awkward to handle They couldn't bring them into the house throught the door, so had to take them up to the roof and lower them down to the decks. This was a dangerous operation, requiring a lot of physical effort by the installers. They're nearly finished now.

Final cost was higher than first expected. Salesman was friendly but not complete in conveying his knowledge. Measurements were not as exact as I expected and crew had to cut all sheets. Crew was prompt, seemed very knowledgeable, addapted well to what they were dealt, and friendly and courteous to deal with. We think they did a good job for us, but have had no rain since the job was finished.

very poor craftmanship,took far too long,had to due several repairs,over 52 photos of unacceptable work,workmen did not speak english or seem to know what they were doing,when foreman left they did poor work, painter had to come in and do significant finishing even after I delayed signing off on paperwork for two weeks until gross errors were fixed.Did not like facia that was put in,very poor application,made them redo part of it.Winds came up two weeks ago and half the facia blew apart,some of it hanging and damaging the new siding,could not reach anyone for two weeks due to holiday,waited three hours for a call on the 5th,still not resolved

I got 3 bids for my project. No one came close to NW Primeline Exteriors quote. They were polite, professional, and timely. I an impressed with how quickly the project was completed. The product is top of the line. I am very happy with the complete experience.

the bid was low, but a negotiated component of the installation was not originally complied with. We had to end up withholding full payment until they completed the job as bid.

They worked with us gave us a very fair bid and did a great job on the window. Very happy with the windows and there work very friendly and fair on price thanks NW Primeline....

They are fast, high quality and thoughtful. It was great! House is warmer, too!

The siding is wonderful, but the promises made for the work to be done in a timely manner were totally WRONG!! My husband had to take time off work to be sure the siding was installed properly, the first set of installers installed it wrong and it had to be completely re-done on one side of the house. This project, which we were told would take just under a week to do ended up taking OVER 30 DAYS!! We will NOT refer this company to any of our friends.

The windows look and work well...The crew installing the windows were very polite and kept on the job..... My old windows were held in with an adhesive(1968)so they were hard to remove and some siding was damaged in the process...No big deal as I am going to reside the house anyway..However,,,would have been a big deal if I weren't...... The caulking could have been done better as well..It seemed as if too much was used and is very unsightly...However,,,as I said I plan to reside so not a big issue with me.....

Once we were able to get on schedule they did a very nice job, but it took longer than we expected.

Had a few problems in the beginning phase, but once the windows were installed I was extremely happy with the work. Definitely will use them on future projects. They changed over 30 windows & sliders and each one looked amazing! Thank you Terry and Ron.

The first estimate we received was from another contractor, the sales rep was friendly and knowledgable. We explained to him that we would not be ready to start the job for appoximately 4-6 weeks due to the changing of an entry door that hadn't arrived. He told us no problem and to call his cell when we were ready to sign. I tried to reach this person for 6 weeks! I called at least 8 times, leaving him a message everytime. I finally called their office and explained that their rep. was not calling me back and I wanted to know if he was still employed with the company. They assured me he was still an employee and that they would contact him themselves. I still never heard from him. I tried two more times and then gave up. I figured if he didn't want my money I'd find someone who did. NW Primeline had called earlier and I had told them about the time delay; they said no problem they would call me back in about a month to see if I was ready for an estimate. They did as they said and we purcashed our siding from them. They did an outstanding job, COMPLETELY cleaned up every scrap of material and didn't leave until they knew we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

They showed up unannounced, let all 4 of my dogs out. Frequently, there was no one on the jobsite who spoke English. They never communicated when they would be there next. The job was very clean and the crew was very cortous even though we could not communicate in the same language

Always on time: 1st interview; 2nd to measure win- dows; 3rd to install; 4th to correct minor error. I would recommend them anytime!

Tthe employees really do focus on doing their jobs well and courteously. I talked to the owner a time or two when I was trying to decide which company to select. I appreciate his thoroughness in answering my questions. I would use them again.
