They arrived in a timely manner. However, they appeared to be plumbers helpers. It took them quite a while. A more experienced plumber had to come out from the office to lend assistance. However, they stayed with it until the problem was resolved, which my mother and I greatly appreciated. I would call NPS for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the recommendation.

For some reason plumber wanted to charge me $225 for clearing out a clogged sink when his crib sheet said $149. He said that I also had to pay $45 additional for the call. But the woman on phone said that the visit fee was paid toward the service fee, so I only paid $149. Still I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, especially since it only too 20 minutes.

I called to have NPS come out a third time in 3 weeks because they didn't correctly identify or solve the problem the first two times. Then they never showed up on the day they said they would. I even spoke with Mr. Narth and he never called me back to say when/if someone would be coming out.
