They did an amazing job on time very professional I highly recommend them.

Installation of the fence which is "okay", resulted in significant damage to my inground sprinkler system. I have emailed and faxed notification to this company who continues to ignore me. Tom was the salesperson, who is seemingly polite, but whom I'm now finding is quite passive aggressive. I would not use this company again, nor recommend because of their lack of response to problem resolution. Cheap is not always the best means of selecting a reputable contractor!

The sales person was very nice and on time for our scheduled appointment. The installers were not on time on the first day but once they arrived they diligently worked with out interruption. One the second day the installers were on time and finished the job rather quickly. The fence looks great. I didn't like the fact that no warranty want was given for workmanship not the information the apply for the warranty for the fence was given, nor a receipt. The sales person should handle this.

Fence installed wrong. Very unprofessional company. Bid did not match final price. 1\2 of the installation must be re-done. No supervision on site to inspect final job completion. Questional contractor, practices very substandard.

Outstanding customer relations. The job did not go over perfectly, but Adams staff, especially Tom (the Boss), went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of and happy with my fence and gate. These guys are worth doing business with.

Tom and Jimmy were great! Although my project was small in scale they bent over backwards to fit me in thier schedule. The work was excellent!

Installation was early but wrong & incomplete, causing damaged gates. What we're getting is not what we wanted: salesperson didn't detail our specifics on quote, which we initialed (learn from our mistake!). They took gates 2 weeks ago to remedy; haven't seen them since. They state parts are on backorder. Professionalism of salesperson less than desireable; comments made were out of line. When I called to speak w/mgr, I received carpenter on phone instead. Carpenter in shop seemed sincere in wanting to salvage project. I have no idea when we'll have this resolved or what the final quality will be. Very frustrating.

The service was above standard,the fence looks better than I thought it would. We plan to replace another segment of fence in a few weeks with the same people...our neighbor is willing to pay for half of another section so more will be done. Overall great job.

Adam's Builder's responded immediately to my request. They met their own high expectations of service, quality, and appearance. Before I knew it my ugly and dirty white wooden fence was replaced by a beautiful white vinyl fence. I have been receiving many compliments from my neighbors who are now interested in vinyl fencing. Thank you Adam's Builders!!!

The crew assigned to our project was extremely professional and friendly. They did a great job of preserving most of our landscaping. They get an "A" for cleanup--out yard was void of all debris when they left. We absolutely love our fencing--it made such a difference in the appearance of our backyard.
