Central A/C - Service or Repair
I received a call from the company within 5 minutes of my submitting the request. The lady who handled the order was courteous and very thorough in understanding my service request. Unfortunately, the repair person was late by two and half hours and did not communicate either to the office or to the resident. Although I have no complaints on the quality of the service once he got there, the customer experience can be much improved if the service person keeps the customer informed about the schedule changes.
