Tyler came out the house on the worst day of the 2011 spring - rain, wind, hail all day - to install a new back door and storm door. Stuck it out all day to get doors in a crooked and out of plumb opening. Appreciate the extra effort to get this done without rescheduling!! Opens and closes like a charm.

Tyler was proactive and called the county to be sure we worked within the rules of the county. He came prepared and was professional in dealing with us. His quote was fair and he worked diligently. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will call him first when we need work done!

I was very satisfied with the work and the pricing. However, in just under one year (the warranty period), the membrane installed on our balcony by OGC Construction cracked and separated from the floor. I have clled them three times but they will not respond to my call. I don't know what to make of their lack of response.

I'd like to evaluate them after the job is complete.

Tyler did a wonderful job with our deck. He was able to merge parts of the old wood deck with our new Trex deck and it really is beautiful. They arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day giving us the impression we were getting our money's worth, and we did! They minimized the disruption to the flow of our daily life and kept the project within its' time frame. I would recommend Tyler and OGC Construction to anyone for their home improvement projects. He was honest and forthright and we particularly appreciated their willingness to work with our everchanging job specifications to ensure we had a finished product that we were very happy with. They did a good job. It took longer than expected but there were some problems with the plumbing and getting the shower. I had a concern about the baseboard cove that didn't seem to be sticking properly. When I called thay came over and fixed it. I would use them again.

They are very professional.
