This vendor was the first who responded to my request. It was within an hour that I had submitted my online request. Kudos for the speed. I had read his reviews which were mostly positive. In fact, this vendor had the best rating of the lot. When he arrived, he gave the perception that he was clean by putting on booties before entering into the house. He was able to diagnose the problem and provided a quote. The thing that troubled me the most and cannot recommend this vendor to other was I felt his estimate was too high. I could have went with another vendor or possibly done the repair myself but felt compelled to get it done.

Called on sunday evening and he came out and completed the work monday afternoon. Would defenitly recommend and use again.

I contacted Service Magic, for the problem I was having, was put in touch with OM, and they came out the next day, gave me an Quote, and I Had HEAT, It was that easy. Keeping their # on Speed Dial for family and friends.

I'm very disappointed in OM Heating. After reassuring us that the repairs on the wall heater were completed, we left the house. We came back an hour later to discover there was a gas leak and the entire house was full of gas. (Had we had a spark, our house would have blown up!) We shut off the gas and called OM Heating to send over someone over immediately.Their response was they couldn't have someone over for 2-3 days because they were booked. We told them if they didn't have someone in our house in 2 hours, we would call our bank and cancel payment on the check. They came out 4 hours later. The tech missed the soapy water test!

There ended up being nothing wrong with the heater, but they got it working when my tenants (who are usually very capable) couldn't.
