Jon worked all day and finished the job in one day. He installed backsplash in the kitchen. And also installed some hardwood floor reducers on existing tile and hardwoods floors. Everything was done right, on time and I would recommend this pro.

John was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, and pricing was extremely competitive. Very much worth the money. He expertly fixed (stretched) our bedroom carpet that had been installed poorly 4 years ago. I will definitely recommend On The Roll to my friends and will contact them again for other types of work as well. John was also able to provide a rough estimate for redoing tile in the main area of the house, redoing the kitchen, and bathrooms. Again, he was very knowledgeable, creative, and provided very competitive pricing.

After getting quotes from about 6 different companies (including Home Depot & Lowes), we finally came across On The Roll. I submitted my request on Service Magic, and within minutes I got a call from them. From the beginning, their service was professional and friendly, and at a good price. They were very helpful at addressing my questions & concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased the flooring from OTR - Jon Bolos was very professional and had been very helpful from the beginning. Though the installation is being completed by another independent contractor (due to availability and scheduling), I will recommend OTR to anyone.

The first comment I�d like to make is that On The Roll, provided a good quality installation of tile floor in my bathroom. The cuts were precise and work was done quickly. However, the problem was they didn�t re-install the toilet correctly, it rocked when used. Thinking I could simply I shim it and tightened up the clips I took care of it myself but after several months it started leaking into my basement. I left three messages on their voice mail but to no avail. When I finally got through on the cellphone number and explained the problem, I was told that he would return my call after checking his schedule. After two days and no return call, I took it apart and found that the flange was at least a � inch below the newly installed tile and the wax seal failed. I purchased and installed a new wax seal with a flange extension. The part cost two dollars more than the regular wax ring. The toilet does not rock and I didn�t need to shim it.
