About us
I am a certified Master inspector that has completed over 4,000 property inspections I am a former gen. contractor with 16 yrs. exp. I include a free indoor air quality test that other inspectors charge up to $250 for. I also give my customers a free 90 day Home and termite warranty. You will then get a detailed computer generated inspection report with pictures of any issues. I do not ask to be paid until after I have completed your inspection and answered all of your questions. I have one 'Best of Awards' in both Atlanta and the United Kingdom because I care. After you receive your report I am available to answer questions anytime in the future next day next week next month whenever you want to assure that you have a good chance to take care of your property. I do also specialize in mold removal and remediation and can provide you whatever information or services you need. Please give me an opportunity.
