We hired Oregon Trail to do floor repairs. The person they had assigned to do the job fell behind schedule on another job. That happens. What happened next though demonstrated just how unprofessional these guys are. They offered to fix the problem by calling a guy who they "usually don't trust." We refused, but agreed to buy the wood that had already been delivered so we could get a new contractor working asap. They charged us way too much--but rather than refund the difference, they charged us for the time spent showing up to tell us they could not do the job. Beware.

Your work as general contractors was good. Your subs worked quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed working with you on the island project. Just to let you know we will be handing out your card next week to friends in Lake Oswego.

We had a great experience working with Oregon Trail Remodeling. They remodeled two of our bathrooms and changed our upstairs flooring. The results are great! Jeremy and Marc talked us through the new bathroom design and the concept turned out to be amazing. They were prompt and helpful in answering all our questions. Overally, they have integrity which is what every consumer wants in a contractor. We recommend them and look forward to using them again on other projects.
