Their price was the best of about 6 estimates I collected back in January. Since the work would disable my furnace I had to wait for warmer weather. It has now been completed in two visits. Each visit, Greg was on time, neat, efficient, thorough and clean. He left the furnace room much neater than I have ever seen it. I would definitely recommnend. I am very pleased.

Responded quickly. Best price, beat the other prices by over half the estimate. Came out in a timely manner, completed the work as required (we were selling a house and the repair was being done at the request of the seller as per required under the terms of the Agreement of Sale). Issued a certificate of completion instantly, overall a great experience and further Service Magic I would reccomend to anyone. We ended up getting a quote for termite repair from a local business and the quote came in high so we went to service magic for that as well and ended up getting the work done for 1/4 of the price. 5 stars to Orion.

All the pros you gave were excellent but this company gave the best deal for the Price. He was $500 less than the others, and he did a super job!!

Asbestos Abatement
Orion Construction was from North Jersey and we live in Camden Co in South Jersey so I was a little worried. But they were terrific! They beat price of other estimates by far, did thorough and clean job removing asbestos from our basement. They found more asbestos ( showed us and was legitimate) than other contractors so did charge more than original estimate but still way less than other companies. They worked hard for about 5 hrs and provided a certificate that all asbestos was removed. I'd definitely recommend these guys.
