Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Great communication! Quality workmanship ! They do not have several projects that they are working on at one time. Once they started on my addition they have stayed witness it until completion. They are not going back and forth to other work sites. Contact me when the addition is complete but so far I would highly recommend Owen's Construction and intend to use them to build a 10 x 16 shed and to enclosed a 20 x 6 deck replacing all deck and adding roof and screening.

I am very satisfied with the job Ed Owens and his crew did on my project. They are hard workers and know their trade. I will definitely recommend Owens Construction Services LLC to my friends.

Bad communication, tried to short cut, but fix when brought to his attention, did not receive all parts that were ordered,on't return calls about the parts owed to me. His worker is a good craftman and deserves better.
Response from Owens Construction Services, LLC
"did not try to short cut his deck, installed wrong lattice, but corrected it. have part in truck, was not on door from manufacturer. have part will install.did not return phone call because i was sick."

Ed Owens came up with a great design to meet our needs of a shower in our powder room. He surrounds himself with qualified/experienced workers who show up on time and are most conscious of protecting the floors and cleaning the mess before they leave. Ed communicates well and listens to your concerns. He has at heart to satisfie the customer and do a great job. Ed deserve high ratings and i would not hesitate to recommend him.

The workmanship was excellent. Both Ed and Randy were very kind, helpful, and professional. I really liked the communication. I would get calls that would let me know when the "workers" would be coming and when they were not able to come. The work work was completed in an exceptually great time frame. I recommend Owens Construction Services!
