Arca Engineering, Inc., was established in 1981 and incorporated in May 1984 with an explicit goal of providing services with professional staff representing a wide range of skills and experience. We believe that our planning, engineering and consulting services must have this diverse orientation in order to understand the complex strategic and design issues facing our clients. Creativity in problem solving, innovation in design and a thorough service orientation by the civil engineer should and can be achieved while still recognizing the cost sensitivity, business and planning requirements and particular user demands of our clients.
