On reflection, this company did a terrible job. Hired them to do a cedar fence repair. They used treated cedar posts - they look terrible but are still standing 4-years later - which is a plus - but they didn't take any pride in their work. Every time I look at the fence, I regret taking the cheapest way out!

I am in the customer service business and Pacific Power Wash by far exceeded my expectations. I had several projects to be completed by a specific time. The two men arrived on time with the supplies needed to replace the fence post. The post was replaced and the fence looks great. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Pacific Power Wash.

Scott was exactly on time each day to repair the flooring in a cabinet holding a stainless steel utility tub. We worked together on a plan of action and he completed the plan to my satisfaction, on time and at a reasonable price.

Basic repair to fence was requested discussed and communicated as complete. Gaps were left in the fence, brackets that were placed on the fence were uneven and unworkable. By unworkable I mean that on the man gate for my kids to use, there was a bungie cord strung through the fence. When my 7 year old pulled it for the first time if fell off and hit him in the face. Also, several small pieced of 2x4 were foam glued and screwed into the fence and is extremely unfinished and unprofessional looking. Will send pictures on request. Called the company and Scott was cordial, but not friendly. Did not offer to stand by his work, just wanted $

"This lady has just gone through a divorce with her husband who had left 2x4s slid through the fence to keep it closed. We spend 4 hrs with 2 men getting the three gates workable, spent $35 on latches and charged her $150, She sent $50. The bungee cord was on one of the gates prior to our work and was picked up off of the ground and hung on the fence so it wouldn't get caught in a mower, it was not part of our work. The brackets were already installed on the fence, we just tried to get them functional. We told the lady we would do whatever we could, with our work, to meet her approval, and she gives us this kind of review?"

Scott was very accommodating and helpful. He provided excellent service and since I am located out of town, allowed me to set up an account. The only drawback was - he added a $10 travel fee on to his first hour that was not disclosed when I was checking rates.

"I gave this customer our rate over a month ago, now that fuel has jumped over 50 cents a gallon we have added the $10 charge on travel over 50 miles - which this job was. We offered to discount the billing the $10 when this lady asked about the charge."

Scot Nicholas was very thourough and engaging as we visited and discussed the things that needed to be done. Everything he promised turned out better than I imagined. As a matter of fact, he's going to repair the front of my house as well as the deck and fence work he already did.

Scott did a great job repairing my wood fence. About a half dozen posts had to be dug out of the ground and new ones installed into concrete. About a dozen pickets also needed to be replaced. The work was well done and was completed very qucikly. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him. He did great job.

Punctual, personable, professional. Estimate was complete the day after the project was posted. The job was completed quickly with perfect results. Scott even picked up the stain for the fence so he could stain the posts to match the fence before the install. I am more than pleased with the results, and will be confident hiring Pacific Power Wash for future projects.
