Central A/C - Install
I had them to install our Central Heating & Air. I was promised excellent service. We bought the 10 year package plan that included maintenance service. We were told that if they can?t get Parts, they would replace the unit. We called for service on November 2025. it is now May 4, 2026, and the parts has not been installed yet. We continue to leave messages with their receptionist with a promise that someone would call us. But we have not received a return call from anyone nor has the part been replaced. Stay clear. It?s not worth the headache.

Stay away from this company. We were pushed into getting a new hvac system when ours was only 7 years old. The new one, a Bosch is absolute garbage. Weâ ve had this POS 5 months and have had to have them come out monthly, sometimes more than once to fix this piece of crap. Itâ s loud both inside and out, it canâ t maintain the temp in the house at all. The thermostat is set on 74 and itâ s 76+ in the summer, now that itâ s cool we have downstairs set on 72, upstairs is off and itâ s still 75+ upstairs. Our electric bill is at least 100 more higher when we were told this junk was â much more efficientâ . My behind it is. And after having to have them come out last month because we had no heat, now Iâ m having to call because we have no air. Weâ ve been told three times the wiring was connected incorrectly so I can only imagine what the issue is now. Their billing department is an absolute joke, I called to pay my first monthâ s payment to be told I didnâ t owe anything then the following month I am told I owe for 2 months. Wish weâ d just kept our old unit and gone to another company who wasnâ t just concerned about getting sales for their over priced crappy equipment. Absolute worst experience ever. Wish weâ d kept our old unit.
