Was very patient with the process of multiple design iterations for my basement finishing project. Their bid was very low compared to other bidding contractors and they did the job at a high quality level. Additional requirements crept in throughout the project and their teams adjusted and adapted as necessary. Even with the additional costs associated with on-the fly changes, the total cost of the project was still lower than the next lowest bidder (and I am certain the other bidders would have gone higher with the changes as well).
