Parsons Roofing & Home Improvement, LLC

Everything was done perfect.

Roof is half done, but I'm very pleased so far.

Richard Parsons was very easy to work with. I was most impressed with his real commitment to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done.

They came quickly and worked quickly. Cost was under estimate. i'll be surprised if the next monsoon reveals that they missed the leak.

They were terrific about coming when I needed them. I assume the repairs are great but have to wait for a rain storm to be sure. I would definitely recommend. Nice guys, as well.

We were so satisfied that we recommend Richard to two friends - who were also very satisfied.Richard had to way out of way to finish a job started just before Irene hit. It was completed with no delays.

Richard took time to make sure we understood what was being done. That was very helpful.

The workmen were efficient and polite. I am very happy with the work.

Richard and his crew were very professional. They delivered their services on time and at their estimated costs.

Considering this job was performed in the dead of winter it was great.

Richard and his crew did an excellent job putting a roof on my house,I plan to have them back to do more work for me their professional work ethic is impecable

efficient work and very good service

Very easy to deal with

Professional and willing to work with his clients. Would recommend to anyone

They did a great job. Weather permitting they got the job. I had to get a porch area done before they could finish the roof in that area. The job was all done within a month and a half. They were also ahd great resources for getting someone to look at the porch area I needed completing. but in the end I decided to do that work myself, Which they were inpressed how well it turned out. The snow does slide off very easy.

Great response and execution

Richard was prompt, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. His crew were polite and efficient. The work (slate repair and chimney repointing) looks great, and they left the property neater than how they found it. Highly recommended.

They are very dedicated, hard workers. The roof looksgreat.

We are pleased with the work done and the timely fashion in which it was completed. Along with ripping off 2 layers of roof and installing new, they removed a skylight, metalbestos chimney and built an overhang on sunroom. They were professional and pleasant in all dealings and I would readily recommend them to others. Great job guys!

He did a fabulous job. He is very competent in his work, very easy to work with. He tells you what he is doing, will change if you want something else.
