This is a husband/wife team. I spoke w/ Caroline first and she gave me a quote, when I spoke w/ George it was a bit higher and by far the highest bid I received. George brought down his price to be competitive w/ the other bids I received so I decided to hire him. He was right on time and did a fantastic job. I would use him again and highly recommend.

The job was done without incident and as discussed. The price was excellent and everything smelled fresh and clean, would recommend highly.

An absolutely outstanding job! George came in assessed the job and though it was much bigger than I had described, he proceeded to move all the furniture and debris from the floor and theoriughly vacummed the whole house. Then he spotted the bad spots, and they were many, and then went room by room, first with the high temperature cleaning solution application, then with a heavy duty high speed scrubing machine to agitate the deep ground in diet and pet hair, and finally he came back over all of it for a 3rd full time with the high temp rinse and truck powered high intensity vacumm, which sucked all the hot water up along with the dirt, grime, stains, and odors. And he did the same thing for all of our rugs and runners. Now our whole house looks brand new! I strongly recommend George and his operation.

Your website resulted in a call from Pasquantonio Carpet Care. They are a husband & wife team. Caroline was very friendly and helpful during the first phone call. George called me back to discuss the specifics and was sympathetic to the Mold Remediation issues I was having in the house. He was flexible with the unexpected changes in my time line and was available to do the job when I needed it done after having to reschedule the job twice. In fact after we had agreed on the job, George called me back and suggested we use a mold inhibitor, which turned out to be the same product used by the Mold Remediation in the lower level of the house. In addition to the carpet cleaning, he sprayed the mold inhibitor on the carpet and one subfloor in a room where the carpet had to be removed. His suggestion and interaction in helping me find the best solution to my complicated problem was extremely appreciated. I was very pleased with the job George did for me and was especially pleased with how helpful he was in working with my special requests. I highly recommend Pasquantonio Carpet Care to everyone.
