About us
Patrick W. Lamm & Co.. LLC Thank you for considering my company for your home building needs. Please allow me to tell you a bit about who we are and what we do. Who We Are I founded the company that bears my name, Patrick W. Lamm & Co.LLC in 2002 because I wanted to specialize in constructing high quality custom homes. I have been close to the construction industry since my early childhood days spent working under the supervision of my grandfather. After college, I worked as a framer for a company in Raleigh, NC and then for two companies in Rocky Mount, NC. I became a licensed NC REALTOR in 1996 and received my NC General Contractors License in 1999. I recently finished my first residential town home development on Belmont Lake in Rocky Mount. I have also been building for clients in New Bern, NC and at Lake Gaston. I founded my company on the values I learned while building houses for most of my life and on the love I have for creating a beautiful and distinctive finished project. In the creation of Patrick W. Lamm & Co., I have sought out others with the same love. What We Do At the very least, Patrick W. Lamm & Co. LLC is a residential building and development company. Beyond that, however, we pride ourselves in our knowledge of the latest innovations in the building industry and our ability to incorporate this knowledge into your custom home.
