Professional management, and superior workers made this experience a pleasure for my wife and myself. My wife is in the latter stages of Alzheimer's desease, and not able to handle loud noises or upsetting circumstances. The Manager (Chris), and his workers were able to work around our situation with no problems that upset her. They completed the installation of 12 windows in less than a day and a half, and Patriot's price was in line with our budget. We are extremely pleased with the work performed by Patriot Home Improvement. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The owner, Chris Andrea, was on-site frequently throughout the length of the job (which included new windows, vinyl siding and installation of a front door) and made sure that any ideas or concerns, no matter how trivial, were quickly and thoroughly addressed. The windows were installed as they were scheduled. Everyone was very professional and handled themselves with dignity. They were very careful to keep the floors clean and having to bring the windows in through the house on several occasions they were careful to not mar the walls etc. I would recommend them highly. We had a very pleasant experience with Patriot. We were informed of every step during the process. The workers left a garbage can full of glass in my backyard that I thought they were going to haul off, but overall, our experience was great.

We would not use them again. Poor customer service. Instead of fixing a problem, makes excuses. The workmen did a good job. The problem is with the owner of the company. We do not want any further discussions with him. It is evident he has no intention of having the problem corrected as we have been waiting since mid July.
