Replaced two outdoor hose faucets. The actual faucets have turned out great. Surprised they didnt clean up a little better after their work. But I'd still use them for other work. The actual plumbing part was what I hired them for, not cleaning.

Fair, square and friendly! Very prompt, helpful, and reasonably priced : ) The service call included the first hour of labor, so it covered all but the supplies needed for the repair. This is different than the competitor I called, and it saved me considerable money.

Trent from Healey Plumbing was outstanding to work with. He was able to fix the plumbing problem for a most reasonable price. He also responded quickly to my request. I will use his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. I felt he was fair, reasonably priced and efficient.

I submitted this last night (Sunday) and he called me at 7:50 this morning, so great turn around time. It was a bathtub drain in an older house, with no easy access to the back of the faucet or below the tub. He did a great job trying different methods, with me and the landlord both not knowing what type of trap was below the tub. He was neat and courteous and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Paul responded literally within just a few minutes of my hitting the submit button on the website. He was very patient with me as I asked questions, he answered all my questions with a professional confidence that helped me feel at ease, he was thorough and honest in his responses to everything I asked. Trent was in my home about an hour later, he surveyed what he would need for the new water heater, he clearly explained what he would be doing and why, like Paul he was patient while I asked many questions. He was fast, thorough, and the work was excellent. I like the flat rate idea, NO surprises! I highly recommend Healey Plumbing!
