Water Heater Repair or Service
Richie is awesome. He called me literally seconds after I made my request through ServiceMagic and offered to come out the same day. He replaced my tank, took away the leaking one, and was a pleasure to talk to. He also gave me a fantastic price. I would highly recommend Pelland Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Rich was great, came out and worked with me to get the job done to just the level that I needed which in this case was a quick and affordable repair. He was great and have asked him back for another quote on something already

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Richard was incredibly accommodating. Not only did he come out to meet me and give me an estimate on a job on a *Sunday*, but it was fixed the next day. He did a great job, and did whatever he could to help save me money along the way. He pointed out potential issues, and stuff to take care of "in the future." Not for a second did I feel he was a hard sell or in it for his own interests. As a client who is rather unaware of plumbing issues and problems, Richard was patient and thorough in his explanations. The timeliness and quality of his work were impressive.
