I cannot say enough bad things about this company. It would be a huge mistake for anyone to ever hire Penklor to do this kind of a job. Project was to start on or before 1 Dec 2011 (estimated to take 3.5 months). It didn't start until 9 Feb 2012. It is now 31 Oct 2012 and they are still not finished. Further, they have no concern about ever finishing this project. I have begun taking on some of the work myself. The job was grossly underbid to the point that Penklor had no hope of delivering the quality they promised. Actual cost was much higher than bid. My family is mentally and physically drained. Extremely disappointed and angry!!
