Perfect House Cleaning

Daniela did a great job. My house was very dirty, and now it shines. Daniela's price was very affordable for my budget. Thank you!

Very professional. This service was so great that we now use them on a regular basis for house cleaning.

I had two houses serviced, the first one, 5000 sqft house, Daniel herself did the work and it was perfect. She quoted me she charges $.10 per sqft, so $500 total without seeing the house. Second time, a different location, 3000 sqft, $300 total, she sent two young ladies. Firstly, they got there 1 hour late. Secondly, I told them to clean the shelves and window sills (just like Daniel did on the other house) but they did not do that, even though, Daniel called them and instructed them to do so. Thirdly, I called Daniel, left a message, explaining the ladies did not do a good job so I'd like to have Daniel come and see what they did if it's acceptable. She never called back so I called her a few days later and got a hold of her. She told me that those two ladies told her that she should've charged $500 because the house was dirtier than the first one. She paid those two ladies $15 per hour x 5 hours x 2 people (I still do not know where they cleaned) and she lost money on this project. I told her that was not my business how much she paid them, I was just expecting the great work to be done just like the first house she did, and pay whatever she quoted me before work was started. She said if I was not happy with their work, she'd refund me $25. I said I'd rather have Daniel come back to finish cleaning, she said ok and will call back in 2 hours but never did. It's been 2 days. So I do not know how to rate her service but my advice is to her new client is:: 1) Have Daniel come and look at your house first and quote it. 2) Have Daniel do the actual cleaning. Daniel really does really great work. I am just s

Prompt, courteous, thorough job. Professional but flexible. Reasonable rates!

Exceeded my expectations! Daniela was able to meet a tight timeframe and she did an excellent job on a deep cleaning of my house - something that was desperately needed! I will definitely call her again.

Very good communication! Spent extra time doing a deep cleaning. We had our windows done at the same time as the deep cleaning and they look awesome.

I was very pleased with how promptly I was contacted and how quickly Perfect Housecleaning was able to get the job done. We had just finished a major remodeling project, and there was dust and dirt everywhere. Perfect Housecleaning made it shine. I was also very pleased with the window washing. The windows sparkle!! Great job -- we'll use them again!
