Tim and jis crew were prompt, thorough, professional, neat, and did top-notch work. The work was not inexpensive, but I don't know that we could have received this quality of workmanship for much less. You get what you pay for. These guys are good.

The quote from Performance A/C was comparable to other contractors. Since they are the main contractor for Costco, I was able to get 10% back on a Costco cash card. They came on Thursday and were finished by mid Friday. Very professional and the work is clean.

They were very nice, set me up with an appointment early the next morning. However the serviceman they sent was not the one they told me they were sending, and not extremely knowledgeable. I called the company mid-service and the owner called me back and made everything right. He was very nice, and helpful, and I would use them again.

The technician was very good - he recharged our air conditioner, and took extra time to look for a leak in the system. He was 30 minutes late to the appointment, after calling to say he was stuck in traffic, otherwise this would have been 5 stars for sure.

When they came to give us an estimate, they gave us several options to choose from and spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of each option. When work started, they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. The two worker's were extremely friendly and courteous and let us know what they would be working on on any given day. Santos was especially helpful and very dedicated to making sure everything was done properly. Really the best service you could get. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I really enjoyed working with Performance Air. They had very competitive pricing for putting in a brand new system where none existed. They came back in a timely fashion when something wasn't working quite right to fix the problem. The only issue we encountered was some additional finish work was required after the install due to the cuts for the ventilation. They will put sheet rock up for all of the holes they produce but you will need to finish them afterward. Performance Air did make me aware of this responsibiliy ahead of time but there was some extra work to be done that I didn't expect. All in all, they are a great company!

The Guy was great he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem, the service would be 5 star if he could only reduce the initial price to the service charge........I think the diagnostic fee is fair but if there is a problem with your heater and you need work to be done then they should reduce the diagnostic fee.

Very fast! I had a call within 5 minutes of submitting a request. I had a salesperson come over and give me a quote that afternoon. I had a new furnace installed the next week. It was all super professional and excellent service all the way around. Now I am enjoying a very efficient, quiet new furnace.

Very professional and thorough estimate, which included all the necessary work (electrical, installation of a new return, etc.). It was good to know this in detail beforehand, so there were no surprises. Others who gave us estimates were much more casual about this and left several of our questions unanswered. The work was done promptly and neatly. One small annoyance is that we were required to schedule the inspection for the permit ourselves-this is hard for working people as inspectors don't work during off hours.. It would be nice if the company would include this as part of the process, especially since obtaining the permit cost extra
