The man was very courteous but he did not keep the original appointment and made no phone call. Other than that everything was fine.

Perry Bldg Services contacted me about the job. I told him it was insulating an underhouse crawl space. He advised me of another company that exclusively handled insulation jobs, got a bigger discount on the insulation than Perry, and that doing it that way would save me money. That's an honest company that I'd hire for another minor household task. Thanks, Rick Myers

Diagrammed job one way. Completed it a different way. When I looked at it and questioned why, workman told me it could not be done that way. Was disapointed in final appearance but method used seems to have worked.

It's hard to judge the ability to meet budget expectations and the value. I had no idea what the work would cost. I was hoping it would have been less than $740! However, I didn't get a second opinion; I needed to get the work completed in order to sell my house. The work is on the roof, so I can't really see what they did. They were polite, professional and responsive. They did the work quickly and left the area clean. I wasn't home when they came, so I did not meet them. All of our conversations were over the phone. I was happy with them and would use them again.

Perry Building was responsive to our request, and completed the work in a timely and neat manner. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
