very responsive. tech that came to house took his time to explain a lot of things. was done quickly & effectively. will definitely use next spring/summer if I have same problem with wasps around my home. No hard sell for monthly maintenance. Local company & very good to work with rather than a "script-reading" multi-national company. Highly recommend and "no, I didn't know these people before I used their service".

amazing results not only are my kids not being stung anymore, but im not seeing any motr of any type of bugs!

The rep Ed, was friendly and took the time to explain all that needed to be done. He also took the time to explain the fees. The guys performing the work were extremely polite and efficient. The only downside was that there is no one on call on weekends so if there is a problem you have to wait to be scheduled for next week .

The removal of the squirrels is still in progress. Their rep was knowledgable and informed me how the service would work. Their tech gave me even more info and I could not have asked for a more experienced or polite worker. Chris is someone they should be honored to have working for them.

i called the owner rich ,over and over .he started the job,then never came back.by the time i went back to my trailer it was infested with flies.i then had to hire terminix to rid the flies,which they were great at first,but when i called close to the 30 day warranty,stating there was still flies,the contractor never called back,and terminix hq would not help with the issue.they said they own so many companies ,they are not sure who they own.i told them all the guys information,told them to call him,it was not my problem,or send someone else and i would show my receipts,but tyey blew me off.i am still fighting them over yhis,have never been treated so bad.

Due to the nature of this job, I am reserving final judgement upon the presence of bees and other insects.

They removed the mother raccoon and her 4 babies with kindness and care. Did good quality work. Thank you..

I hired this company to remove a small dead animal under my sunroom. I paid $450 up front for the service. I should have known better than to pay up front and should have sent him on his way because all he repeated was that there was no guarantee that they could remove the dead animal. FIRST, there was no attempt made to remove the dead animal. All this employee wanted to do after seeing that under the sunroom consisted of small rocks and that he was going to have to work to get to the animal. I raked out the first five feet while he was wandered out to his truck and spent twenty minutes looking for a bit for his drill. It wasn't until I walked out and asked him what he was doing that he came back. I will not give a step by step description but I will say that there was absolutely no interest in giving me an honest effort for the $450 I paid. I would never consider this company again.

the man who did the initial inspection was professional and appeared to know what he was talking about. but the man who came to the 'work' was the complete opposite. not at all worth the money. my husband had to fix the problem.
