This company was a joy to work with. They offered a very reasonable offer compared with other local competitors. They were very prompt in their arrival and were excellent to communicate with. Perhaps best of all, you got the feeling that they truly wanted to give you their absolute best possible effort and that they really cared about your experience with them. You got a really warm feeling from them, and being a family-owned business, it really came through that they cared about how you felt concerning the job. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the work. Our living room where we had carpet replaced with laminate flooring now looks absolutely gorgeous. Everything turned out lovely, and was done in quick fashion. You could definitely pay more (trust me, we requested many other local quotes) but I have a hard time seeing how anyone could do a nicer job. We're convinced this we made the absolute right choice in choosing Pete's Flooring Service. We're planning on having a staircase also converted to laminate flooring and it will be Pete's we call. They get a very high recommendation from our family.
