Pettry Plumbing Heating and Air

The **gentleman** who says he owns this business has yelled at me several times for his parts failing in less than 2 months of service. He also let me know that he recorded me the entire time he was in my home when I called him to tell him his parts failed. I was home alone, which makes this all the more scary. When I asked why in the world he thinks that is okay, especially since he did not say he was recording me, was because **I could have had heroin on my kitchen table**. WTF??? He told me I could not **crap in my own hand** and then expect something different - this was after I asked for my money back instead of inviting this crazy person back to my home. At the first visit when he was to service my unit he went off about capitalism and got REAL red to the point that I was uncomfortable with his nasty political rhetoric and vitriol. He does not listen when a client speaks. He cuts you off or will loudly, to the point of yelling, talk over you. I am sure he does not treat men the same, he is a real toxic person. He let me know that I have no legal rights. This definitely tells you he knows he is wrong when within minutes of questing his decision making, he goes to lawyers. Do yourself a favor - especially if you are a female or a man whos wife would be home alone at the time of service, like me - and never use Pettry for any service. This man is scary. I am posting this everywhere I can.

I actually cannot rate the work quality as I was not there when the work was done and won't see it for some time. However, Jesse's almost immediate response to my request for repairs (on HomeAdvisor) and willingness to explain everything in detail was impressive. Also, he gave me a sight-unseen, worst-case price and stuck to it. My other estimate was $100 higher and the charge for freon was double for the first pound and 50% higher for each pound after. Pettry charged a flat rate per pound for freon.

I just wanted to maintenance my unit but they came and caused more damage. Donor hire this company.

Hired them because they called promptly. Did not think it too much because I believe my furnace does not have a big problem. Sure, just need to replace the flame sensor. However, they billed me $380!!! I tried to justify my expenses so I quoted from some other company. They said $75 service + $29 parts + tax. I contacted Pettry. They answered me quickly, but said they charged reasonable price because they have higher overhead and they believe their pricing is in the middle among all the companies in this area. And they refunded me $90 to make me not too mad. Haven't seen the refund so far.

Nice people. Fixed what needed to be fixed. Quoted me 80. Filled the freon without asking or consulting me on cost and left me with a 460 dollar bill.

Service Tech was very knowledgeable and made arrangements for my same day service. Offered a few options / price ranges and did not push to make a bigger sale. Very happy with the service and ac unit I received.

I appreciated the quick response and service. They were very professional. I will definitely call them again and will recommend them.

When I called them, they were able to come right away and stayed until the job was done. They didn't charge after hour rate because he had to go into Springdale after a part. I appreciate them coming right away and fixing my air conditioner and their professional manners. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Came out after 5pm, was able to get things in working order in a matter of hours. Presented multiple options to the customer, with an explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of each.

It was a Friday and almost 5p.m. After I used this site, I immediately got a call from him, then a text and then another phone call. I was on the phone with someone so I didn't answer the first time. He headed to my house right after I hung up with him.Set to work immediately and got it figured out and completed within an hour. And since they do plumbing he looked at my water meter (I have a leak which I have to convince the water dept it is their fault not mine). He said he'd come back when I was ready if the water department wouldn't do it. Pretty good rates as far as I know. Good service. I'd definitely use again.
