I purchased the house in 1991 and ever since I bought it if I wanted the AC on it had to be early in the morning because it would keep the house to whatever temperature it was at that time. After Pike's Peak worked on the AC unit the temperature actually dropped in the house and very quickly at that. I would recommend them over all the others I have used throughout the years.
