My primary focus is on home repair and maintenance. I've worked mostly with property management companies over the last 10 years. I am a professional handyman/ maintenance technician. My work includes, but is not limited to plumbing and electrical repair and installation of fixtures, door and window repair/ replacement, hanging blinds and curtains, tile installation and repair, Pergo and Swiftlock type flooring installation, deck repair/ non modified rebuild, lawn sprinkler repair and startups, fence/ gate repair, drywall repair and painting. I have extensive installation, remodel, and repair experience. Basically if it goes on, in, around, or near a house I can repair it. Please don't hesitate to ask.
