Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
We hired Pilgrim for lawn care in March of 2013. Paid $ 560 upfront, and Mr. Brown did not complete the contract. We have a small claims judgment against him for failing to do the work, and failing to show up in small claims court to defend himself. He is not trustworthy, and doesn't deserve your business!

$720
Bob Brown took $720 up front for a full season of tick and mosquito spraying and NEVER delivered us any service. After multiple attempts to get him to spray, he never showed once, despite Bob making many convincing promises to do so. We had to hire someone else (spend more $) to address the huge tick problem we were having. We finally demanded our money back from Bob and he has not yet sent it, after multiple requests and reminders. Clearly this man is not trustworthy. Please do not reward him with your business.

We contacted Bob during the busy spring season. He was able to get to us that week and took care of our fertilizing and week application as specified. Seems like a very nice and honest man. Will continue to work with him through the season. Would highly recommend.

Bob Brown came immediately to my home; analyzed what had to be done; gave me a specific estimate; supplied me with references; and we cemented the deal. He was quick on closing the deal and was very professional in his proposal. Told me when and what he would do and wrote it out very clearly. I look forward to working with him
