I contracted Pinnacle to repair my clothes dryer as their pricing was very competitive when quoted over the phone. The repairman seemed to have difficulty diagnosing the problem with my dryer. On the first trip he replaced the ignitor...after the second trip her replaced the gas gauge...and the dryer continues to have sporadic performance problems on intellidry. I expected that Pinnacle would have been able make certain that all systems were fully operational before leaving. This was not the case. I'll have to pay for a third trip to my home plus any necessary parts and I'm still not guaranteed that my dryer will be 100% fixed.
