Pioneer Refrigeration, Inc.

I received the best possible service at an outstanding price

Pioneer had responded to me within 8 hours of my online request. They were very professional and tried to save me money up front before replacing my heat pump system. After checking out the system, we came to an agreement to replace my existing heat pump. They worked around our schedule. The installing team were very courteous and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and have done so already for a neighbor.

Very good!

Pioneer was very professional throughout the experience. The salesman was very experienced and even identified problems with the previous heating and air conditioning system installation. They fixed the previous problems with duct work and the opening into the house as part of the deal. We paid a reasonable price and were given several other extras that made it a much better value than with other estimates we received. After installation, we they gave an excellent follow-up visit to ensure everything was working properly. We are very pleased with our new system.

The equipment purchased was exactly what was needed and I am very pleased with the overall job; however, installation was questionable. Although Pioneer did correct everything, the inital installation did not go so swell.

Great service, price

VERY HELPFUL

Very good workers. Excellent work . would recommend to any one Langston

The experience was flawless. All personnel, from initial contact to completion of installation, were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and professional. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. When they left, it was like they were never here. I can highly recommend Pioneer. Pioneer is the kind of HVAC company with which you would want to develop a long term relationship.

Very professional and thorough.

All in all everybody was very helpful in leaving us with space heaters and giving correct advise on how to run the unit. The workers who installed the furnace at first were unsure about the function of the thermostat and thought they had installed the wrong furnace which got us into a panik since the the outside temperatures on Christmas Eve were frigiid. Help arrived after a while and the manager was able to program the thermostat correctly.

Finally, a salesman who listened to our needs, gave a great deal and price, and followed through with helpful offers. We've recommended Pioneer to neighbors and co-workers. They are good.

Very informative sales person and very capable technical staff. Job completed to our satisfaction

I am very pleased with my system and the installaiton that Pioneer performed.

I've used Pioneer Refrigeration's services for years and have always been satisfied. I'd have no reservations about recommending this service to anyone.
