We hired Placencia to replace glass that was installed by others. They were prmpt and professional with the home owner while measuring and the install guys were clean, courteous and did a great job. Good attention to detail by install people.

Marty called within 24 hours of making the request from Service Magic & arranged a time for an estimate. He arrived promptly and was very professional, explaining the process completely. He estimate was prepared on-site and gave me the price before he left. A copy was then emailed to me overnight. hired Placencia the next morning. They called two days later to arrange the time for install (the original estimate said up to 5 business days). The installer arrived on-time and took less than the original quoted time to complete the job. It was EXCELLENT. I will DEFINITELY use Placencia again when I need glass or mirror work! THANKS!
