Did not weed all areas and left debris behind. Basically did mowing, edging and blowing. I was assured by the manager that would not be the case. They came for 2 weeks and didn't come last week at all and I had requested weekly maintenance. Not impressed with service so far.

They did not response to my phone first or second phone call. I was scheduled on Tuesday and they finally got to me on Friday afternoon. I ask for a basic schedule and have not received it. The lawn was mowed, but the pruning and hedge was left for another day. I am hoping that working with management we will solve our problems.

Took some time to get my quote emailed back to me and they forgot a pile of debre however they were very professional and were here for longer than the amount of time they quoted me for so I'm not disappointed at all nice work.

My first experience with Planet Green was less than adequate however after speaking to management and working through the issues Planet Green has done a great job at fixing the items I had issues with. At this time my service is running at top levels. I am not able to give full 5 stars due to the past problems however if they continue to maintain the high level of service and quality the original problems will become a non issue and will be forgotten.
