Wade and his team (Gerry and Pablo) were fantastic. Wade helped us to put together a great design and Gerry and Pablo delivered it to a 'T'. We are sitting on our deck now enjoying a fire in one of the two fireplaces and could not be happier. Not only did they deliver on what they promised but the build quality is fantastic. I expect the deck will last far longer than my house...and the house is only 10 years old.

We had them construct a screened porch for us. They were reasonably priced, responsible, came on time as promised, and did a very fine job. We really liked Wade, the owner, as well as his entire crew.

Wade and his team did a fantastic job for us. The project was done on-time and on-budget. The crew took great care to clean up each day so that we could continue to inhabit the area. The final product looks great. I would highly recommended Plantation Renovation and will have them work in my home again.

The project has been on schedule which was aggressive to begin to with. The crews have been accommodating and courteous, and Wade is great guy to talk with and has been quick to act on our changes and needs. I would recommend Plantation Renovation to anyone.

We were very pleased with the professional manner in which Wade handled our project, a screened back porch and wraparound deck. There were no major problems or surprises. Workmanship was superb. The minor problems and questions were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Cost was as estimated and fair. We look forward to having Wade and crew help with a kitchen renovation next year.

Plantation Renovation did a great job explaining what was going to be done and always started on time. I would recommend Plantation Renovation for any home improvement. However, I was very disappointed with Mark Tivey and Demark Interiors. He would always mention how much money Service Magic cost him and complained about how the leads were sent. As a customer I did not care. He never submitted a written proposal. I would not recommend him for any project. All other contractors were very courteous and professional.
