Their follow up is top notch throughout the process which is led by Jonathan and in my opinion the companys best asset. Now the bad - they were not accommodating to let my engineer inspect the rebar in wall before the pour. They messed up something with the drain tile (they did come back to fix thankfully). The wall was to be vibrated at my direction but was ignored by owner when I followed up the day of pour (based on the wall, i was told by some contractors that if they did vibrate, it was done pretty poorly). They did not put enough stone down for drain tile to pass inspection so I had to buy more not on quote. And my wall was not sleeved per county code which the owner would not work with me on over about $300 and blamed on me even though it is code. The owner is losing all the flatwork now of about 20K because he wanted to stand his ground and be condescending over $300 to install a sleeve. The wall also cracked 2 spots and would not come out to caulk it costing me more $.

I would use them on my own house. His communication and scheduling is a strong point. They do foundation concrete, so it is important for them to be exact in their work. They are one of the best, above average, good contractor.
