very kind helpful respectful knowledgeable worker Fernindal. he called me and made arrangements to come to my home the next day..was 2 1/2 hrs late but came at 830pm,located that it froze , ran the hose over it, put freon in and that was great..my system became very cool once again and i was happy,BUT he said that he had to check for a leak cause it wouldn't get frozen if there wasn't a leak and said he had to come back and flush out the system..so made arrangements 2 different times to come out and he never showed up..i haven't heard back from him since and i have misplaced his number...my system is still working great, so i'm happy
